Brisbane Super Kings (BSK) is Brisbane’s first multicultural cricket club, established in 2012 to provide a platform for nurturing cricketing talent — particularly among the local community of subcontinent origin, who play cricket almost 40 weeks each year. At the same time, our club proudly welcomes players of all nationalities and cultures. We believe we have the future Smiths, Pontings, Dhonis, Kohlis, Andersons, Khawajas, Smritis and Alyssas among us, all working towards the dream of representing Brisbane at the 2032 Olympics.Based in the south of Brisbane, part of the Metro South West region, and affiliated with Queensland Cricket, BSK was founded with the vision of creating a friendly, supportive, and competitive cricketing environment. The club’s name draws inspiration from the Indian Premier League’s Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Just as CSK captured the hearts of millions of cricket fans, BSK aims to build the same sense of pride, loyalty, and community spirit in Brisbane.From day one, BSK has been committed to the true spirit of cricket — valuing sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect above all. We welcome players of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, ensuring there are no barriers to participation for anyone who loves the game.Today, BSK has grown into one of the leading multicultural sporting clubs in Brisbane.
